Mr. Manzarul Mannan is a career civil servant serving over 27 years in BCS administration cadre. Currently he is working in Finance Division as Additional Secretary. Prior to this assignment he was posted as Deputy Commissioner in Rangamati Hill District. He has been trained in IMF, Singapore, Korean Banking Institute, National Center for Good Governance (India). He participated in many National and International Seminars/Workshops. Mr. Mannan graduated in Economics from the University of Chittagong, and Financial Economics from University of Bradford, UK
