Dr. Md. Fazle Rabbi has been serving in capacity building for more than 12 years which includes his work at BPATC, MoPA, SEIP project, RMIT University, Australia, and UT Dallas, USA. He also worked as a National Consultant in the DMTBF&SFA project. His area of interest includes governance, public policy, PFM reforms, leadership, strategic management, and ethics. He received several awards/scholarships and was selected as one of the Founder’s Fellows of the American Society for Public Administration. He published seven articles and presented six conference papers. He earned his PhD in Public Administration from UT Dallas. Before, he completed a Master’s in Public Policy and Management from Monash University, Australia, and an MBA from IBA of the University of Dhaka.
