Abu Daiyan M. Ahsanullah is a Joint Secretary to the Government. He has been working in the Finance Division since 2009, with his main areas of contribution being public debt management, government budgeting, and reforms in public financial management. Graduating in Economics from the University of Dhaka, he also obtained a postgraduate degree in Development Economics from Ritsumeikan APU, Japan. He has attended various training courses, workshops, and seminars on public financial management, including debt management, both at home and abroad.
